Balian beach is one beach that is perfect for surfing activity, Balian Beach has characteristics of the large and high waves thus making it ideal for surfing locations. Balian Beach is located in Lalalinggah village, West Selemadeg district, Tabanan, Bali, Indonesia. Most people know this beach because it has a regional classic wave that is suitable for various levels of surfers. Balian Beach is also known as type-Rockly reef waves which moves from right to the left.

Balian beach was relatively virgin beach that can be seen from the charming and natural scenery, the beaches existence is not widely known by foreign travelers and is perfect for those who seek peace and comfort in surfing activities without interruption. For those of you who intend to surf, this place are advised to arrive before 11.00 noon as strong onshore winds will blow that could help your surfing activities. For strength and length of the waves themselves can be considered normal, but has a quick and regular frequency.

The cost to entrance beach area is quite cheap, only Rp 2,000 just for motorcycles and Rp 5,000 for the car. If you intend to stay, it can easily be found along the way to the beach. You can also find the vendors selling a variety of food and beverages, including coastal dishes, seafood. And if the night before, many Caucasians who often hold a party to enjoy an evening at the Balian Beach.

How to get there

For those of you who want to visit Balian Beach you can make the trip from Denpasar  mileage about 50.6 km and takes about 1 hour 30 minutes. Balian Beach has a distance of about 84 Km from Gilimanuk or 2 hours drive from Ngurah Rai depend on the traffic.
